About Allum Education
Allum Education was created to give families clarity, give children structure, and build learning experiences around the individual—not the system.
Mona Alsabah
I'm Mona—an instructional lead, intervention specialist, and educator supporting schools and students across Chicago.
I've designed and implemented intervention systems across multiple schools, helping students who were falling behind regain confidence and make measurable progress.
I specialize in helping children who are capable—but not thriving—finally experience learning that works for them.
For years, I've worked inside classrooms and systems, seeing firsthand what happens when a child's needs don't fit the structure around them.
The system isn't built for every child. And when it doesn't work, families are left trying to figure it out alone.
That's why I created Allum Education. To give parents clarity. To give children structure. And to create learning experiences that actually fit the child.
Why This Exists
Too many children who are capable, curious, and smart are falling behind—not because of ability, but because the structure around them doesn't match how they learn.
Parents see it. Teachers see it. But no one hands them a clear plan. Allum Education exists to close that gap—with personalized systems that actually work.
What Guides the Work
Every plan begins by understanding who the child is—their strengths, their gaps, their patterns. Not a template. Not a curriculum. The child.
Clarity comes from structure. We design routines, systems, and expectations that reduce overwhelm and create consistency—at home and in learning.
Parents shouldn't have to figure this out alone. We guide every step—from understanding what's happening to knowing exactly what to do next.
